Types of Training

** A physical exam by your doctor is recommended – especially if any significant physical problems exist. Your safety is my number one priority and a Doctor’s note may be required.**

***Note: All training conducted at locations other than “Dave’s Dungeon” will be subject to an additional $5.00/per session fee.***


Personal Training

You meet with Dave and complete a medical and health history. We discuss your goals and objectives and a physical assessment is performed to determine where you are physically. Once that has been established, Dave will design programs tailored specifically to your needs and abilities to take you safely and successfully towards your goal. Training may be conducted in the privacy of your own home or in my home gym/personal training studio at my residence (provided at no extra charge). If you chose to train at home and don’t have equipment, it can be provided.

Sessions/Fees

5 or fewer: $60/hour

6 to 11: $50/hour

12 or more: $45/hour

Buddy Training

Primarily the same as personal training, except you train with a friend – or friends – whose needs and abilities are fairly similar to yours. It’s fun and challenging with friendly competition and laughter often taking place amid the groaning! In addition to this, you’ll save $$. Train with a friend and each of you can knock $10 per session off the price for personal training. For each additional person, you’ll save another $5 per person. Limit 4.

Sessions/Fees (based on 2 people)

5 or fewer: $50/hour

6 to 11: $40/hour

12 or more: $35/hour

Group Training

Group training is conducted when a number of people are working towards a common goal. Dave will design a training program targeting the goals and needs of the group and conduct training sessions as determined by class needs and abilities. Group training will require a minimum of 5 participants

Sessions/Fees

$10 per person per class.

Consultation

Meet with Dave to get the most out of your current training methods and routine. After completing a medical and health screening, you and Dave will thoroughly review your current exercise program to determine what can be modified to help you get the absolute maximum from your time in the gym. When you consider the time and effort you are expending in the gym, it makes sense to make your workouts as effective and productive as possible. Take it from a trainer who has been there and use my experience and proven methods to reach your goals faster and safer.

Nutrition Guidance

Included with all training services. Dave is certified as a personal/group trainer and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education. In college he minored in nutrition and stays abreast of all the latest research, developments and information available in the nutrition field. Dave also knows what has stood the test of time and possesses a wealth of information which is vitally important to any goal you are striving to reach. This info is included for no additional charge to members of any of the services offered. Advice for non-members can be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
